Sports Analytics Research

Data-informed NFL research with transparent evidence

(Additional sports are planned for future development.)

B Jones Sports Analytics is an experimental research platform developed by ITB Tech. It brings together sportsbook market data, statistical projections, uncertainty ranges, and auditable evidence to help you explore NFL matchups through a conversational chatbot.

The platform does more than list possible outcomes. It explains what the available evidence supports, what remains uncertain, and why a market received a Pass, Watch, or Lean research classification.

Private beta access is currently invitation-only.

Your personalized Bet Buddy

B Jones Sports Analytics is being developed to become a personalized research companion—a “Bet Buddy”—for each user.

As personalization features are introduced, you will be able to identify the teams, market types, sportsbooks, and research categories that interest them most. Someone focused on touchdown markets may receive more relevant touchdown research, while another user may prioritize spreads, moneylines, totals, first-half markets, or specific teams.

The chatbot will use those preferences to organize and surface relevant research without hiding uncertainty or presenting unsupported conclusions as official bets.

Planned personalization features include:

  • Preferred teams, leagues, and sportsbooks

  • Favorite market types, including spreads, totals, moneylines, touchdown markets, and first-half markets

  • Conversation history and recurring research interests

  • Notifications when relevant supported research becomes available

  • Explanations presented at the user’s preferred level of detail

The goal is to make the platform feel personal and useful while preserving the same evidence, transparency, and research-only guardrails for every user.

Research you can inspect

Each analysis is designed to show the evidence behind its conclusion, including:

  • Current sportsbook markets and available prices

  • Statistical score, margin, and total projections

  • Market completeness and model-comparison status

  • Missing, stale, or unsupported evidence

  • Research classifications with uncertainty explanations

  • Persistent, private conversations with early preference-based personalization

The goal is not to hide uncertainty—it is to make uncertainty understandable.

Built for transparency

Every stored analysis maintains an audit trail connecting the response to its underlying market evidence, model inputs, sportsbook observations, and research classification.

When the available data cannot support a conclusion, the platform is designed to say so instead of inventing an answer.

Private beta

The initial beta is limited to a small group of approved testers. (Note: This Beta will constantly be updated to make continuous improvements. The Beta may also produce incorrect results. Always do your own research.)

Beta participants receive:

  • Secure Microsoft-hosted sign-in

  • Private, user-isolated chat sessions

  • Up to 10 successful research messages per day during the initial beta

  • Access to stored weekly NFL market analysis

  • Early preference-based personalization

  • The ability to provide feedback before public release

Daily usage limits and beta features are subject to change as the platform is tested and improved.

Submitting an access request does not guarantee acceptance. Approved participants will receive access instructions separately.
