Console cleaning packages
Basic Clean
Exterior surfaces, vents, accessible dust and visual inspection.
Standard Clean
Cover removal, accessible internal dust and fan cleaning, plus operational testing.
Deep Clean
Extended disassembly, fan and heatsink cleaning, reassembly and testing within an agreed scope.
Console diagnostics: $35, credited toward an approved repair. Scope varies by console. Thermal paste, liquid-metal service, parts and additional repairs are separately quoted. Cleaning does not guarantee resolution of overheating or shutdown faults.

Mobile visits
+$25 within 10 miles; +$40 for 10–20 miles. Distances are measured one-way from the designated service area.
Subject to availability and repair suitability. Beyond 20 miles: request a quote.
Pickup & return
Available for eligible devices. Travel, timing and the complete fee are confirmed in your quote.

Can I book before receiving a quote?
You can request a preferred time, but parts, scope and pricing must be confirmed. An appointment request does not reserve a slot automatically.
Will you do extra work without asking?
No. Additional repairs require your authorization. Back up important data before service where possible; don't send passwords through the form.
